Production time

Most orders go to press within 1–3 business days after payment and approved artwork. Specialty finishes (foil, spot UV, embossing, die cuts, plastic, metal and wood cards) can add several business days.

Delivery

Orders are printed by our trusted production partners and shipped directly to the address you enter at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Standard ground shipping is included in your price unless shown otherwise at checkout; transit is typically 2–6 business days after production.

Tracking

We email tracking information once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. Packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur re-shipping fees.

Delays & damage

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you track down any late package. If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days and we will arrange a reprint.
