Custom products

Because every order is printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, typos or design errors in customer-supplied artwork.

Our guarantee

If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage in transit, or does not match the specifications you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint the order at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are sent to production. Email us as soon as possible; once printing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Color

Minor color variation between screens, proofs and printed pieces, and between print runs, is normal and not considered a defect.
